How does it work?
To participate in an online course you will need to download a small application that allows you to view our instructors PC's, and they will also be able to view your desktop (with your permission).
It is also possible to talk to and view other students' work, all real-time
You will be able to hear and talk to our instructor throughout the training just as if you were in the classroom.
When you have booked an online course, you will receive the link to download the necessary software to fully participate on the course.
The courses are run over consecutive days and follow these 2 different formats.
3 hours per day over 4 days
A 90 minute morning and a 90 minute afternoon session for a total of 12 hours of training.
This allows you to still spend some of you day keeping up with your regular job.
Morning session 10am - 11:30am
Afternoon session 1pm - 2:30pm
6 hours per day over 2 days
A 3 hour morning and a 3 hour afternoon session for a total of 12 hours of training.
This format follows our typical instructor-led courses and gets you trained in just 2 days.
Slightly more intense than the 4 day.
Morning session 9am - 12am
Afternoon session 1pm - 4pm
A 15 minute morning and afternoon break during each session.
We accept no more than 8 students on any given course.
* For private online training, we can adjust the course hours to suit.

The software you wish to learn (Almost all of Adobe's products can be downloaded for a 30-day
trial)
Hardware requirements:
256MB RAM or better
1024 x 768 screen resolution or better
Headset with microphone
Internet connection of 512KB or faster

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with a course, have a technical hitch during a
session or need to run out for any unforeseen
circumstances, you can retake the course within 6 months of the original date, space available.
